@nickthestokie I think it's Pokemon yellow that lets you print out the pokedex entries. I printed them out and stuck them all over the house LOL. There was a Mew pokedex sticker in my kitchen for years. :P

How did you link your GBA SP to the printer? The link cables are different.

@wesley12106 There's a Y cable that links Gameboy Color to Orignal Gameboy/Gameboy Color I believe you need one of those.

where do u get more paper when it is over?

it is common paper or special for the printer

if u have the gb camera u can print what u take?

@JCTZ1996 eBay. It's special in that it's thermal paper. No ink is used so it works like a reciept printer. Yes you can print Gameboy camera pictures. They were released at the same time.

A pretty useless gimmick. I'm not sure how much it cost new, but I refused to get one if I could get a game for probably the same price.

Is it possible to take screen shots of whatever game you are playing and connect it to the printer? Or does it only work with the camera?

@ChloeSapienza Only if the game is programmed to work with the GB printer. Pokemon Yellow lets you print the pokedex. Zelda Link's Awakening DX worked with it. Those are the only ones off the top of my head that I know work with it.

@JerryTerrifying The Gen 2 Pokemon games work with it too. You can print the pokedex and theres also a guy in Cianwood City that will take a picture of your pokemon and it will print out.

Wow, Ninendo doesn't even sell rolls of GameBoy Printer paper nowadays. I guess that makes the GBP obsolite.

@megamanfan3 You can still get tons of it on ebay for just a few bucks. After this video I bought two more boxes for a totaly of like $6 bucks. So about a dollar a roll. You can also use any kind of thermal printing paper, like the kind used for receipts, as long as it's cut to the right size.

@JerryTerrifying According to Wikipedia, the rolls have to be 3.8 cm wide and 390-400 cm long. Nowadays, it can be substituted with a 1.5 in. thermal paper (Like those found at checkout.) without problem.

Picked one of these up today for $1.98 at a thrift shop. All it's missing is a link cable, the plastic paper roll cover, and paper itself. It does work though. I already have a link and it prints on old receipts. :)

Worst comes to worst, I think you can just use thermal paper from staples. It's on a roll and it's usually for fax machines. Might be able to cut the roll down to size and use it.

I wish I bought more paper back in the day. Even though there's like no chance in hell I'll use up these last two rolls. But you should at least print out some pokedex entries...I thinkthat's what everyone used it for.

I really wish they would have left the feature in Perfect Dark that was going to use the GB Camera....

Yeah I read about that....that would have been amazing. Why the hell don't they do that with current gen stuff. The 360 and Ps3 bot have cameras and plenty of FPS multiplayer games.
