The review was simply wrong in a few places...

There's only one type of mine, grenade launcher and rocket launcher. Not several of each. A Storage box "is" a part of the game, between chapters etc. Cover systems weren't implemented from the start because it's pointless against melee attacking enemies. If you discard an item it disappears regardless of if you're in single player or coop.

i give it an 8/10, they shouldve added more freedom like re4, and you should be able to move while shooting, and why cant u just press down on the L3 button to sprint instead of pressing x?they shouldve also added more exploration, more challenging puzzles, and it shouldve been more scary period.

and yeah i agree its not as scary as we'd hoped, and the challenge(s) [i can only remember the weird light ray thing] was a little simple [ still died a couple times lol], the exploration on RE4 was just go back the way you came before in case you forgot someone wasnt it? this is better in my opinion because you can redo certain parts and the enemies will be there this time

btw when was the versus mode available for RE5?

i still think its good, its just not a survival horror game anymore. i dont feel on the edge like i did in Re4. Its just a very good action game with a few horror elements. Thts why you should be able to move while shooting(not fast, but atleast a little) to me it was frustrating, the controls overall was just weighty, or tanked, but the aiming is very fun, and the quick time moments are awesome, the action is really good so i still think this game is good and fun!

I like Resident Evil 5, but for some reason not as much as 4. The graphics and action are great, but the story's a little convoluted at first and it's not really that scary. Also the boss fights seem to be of the same mold. Good game, though.

Omg this game is not easy at all, it takes forever to kill the ppl on amateur, rather then do it on the top level. lots the time there will enemies surrounding so u cant run away and single player it is not that frusturating combining stuff, and ur partner says ur life alot when figthing.

Also the enemies in this game are not zombies they are a mixture of the plagas from res 4 and the T virus (zombie virus) and resident evil 4 was voted one of the best games of all time and you couldn't run while shooting so face
