i mean if its ur personal choice then okie dokie but pot of duality is the reason this format is slower because everyone thinks they need to run it in threes then end up not being able to pull off their big combos... sabers are still a very fast deck and you shouldnt need pot of duality at three with all the searchers and recruiters.. just slows shit down is about all it does.. running offensive protection is much better and faster

Hey everybody, i have a rulings question. When using Destiny Hero Diamond Dude, i revealed pot of duality. Pot of duality says "You can only activate 1 "Pot of Duality" per turn. You cannot Special Summon a monster(s) during the turn you activate this card. Since diamond dude only activates effect of card, not the card itself, will i be able to special summon? Second, will i be able to activate another pot of duality since i only activated its effect? This ruling could be meta changing thanks!

yes this is a sweet deck and i like the pots in their...but i only have 1 :( did u think about using a ROTA to search for the knights/pashuul?

@balistar4 I run rota in mine and only one pash and two fullhelm for this reason

frees up deck room so i can run more cards that i would like for either offense or defense and then i get to choose whether i need that pash or the fulhelms.. cause against sum decks pash is veeery bad.. just makes the deck more flexible and faster all together.. and i only like one pot in mine.. the deck is still hella fast and there is no need for that many pot of duality.. not at all haha

Why dont you use saber slash? I always use it with X-Saber Garsem to destroy monsters , trap cards or spell cards and dig my deck to get monsters.

And why isnt anybody using garsem xD?.. Sometimes if u dont need to get rid of all trap cards and do the Boggart+Pashul = Hyunlei + Faultroll combo you can go Boggart+Garsem+Faultroll And Garsem goes to 2000 ATK

He could lose the DustShoot but keep in mind that it's still quite useful. Especially before your opponent activates PoD, it pressures them even more xD.

@GadgetDude15 There are TWO types of players. Competitive players and Casual Players. We have to cater to both. If you want to perform consistently at events, then you use a meta or anti-meta deck. If you wanna have fun, then you run something else. Sometimes, fun decks can do well, and that's simply because it takes people off guard or it contains elements that all good decks possess.

For ex: 3 pot of duality, most x saber players i know run 1 maybe 2 max, and that might be the reason our decks are running slow. If you want to see a fun competitive deck Dubkdads genex monarch synchron deck was pretty funky and cool check out that deck.

@geoffknomm Saber Hole cannot negate effects that start a chain. Look at it this way, if the card summoned started a chain, ie Mystic Tomato activates its effect, Van'Dalgyon activates his effect, then Solemn Judgment nor Saber Hole can stop it.
