2. private security for malls, apartmenst etc...no exactly high stakes situation. most private security are poorly trained.

3. regardless of private or public, airlines have been used by terrorists for decades. there are serious flaws in security. despite the fact that TSA may go little wild sometimes they havent had an attack in the u.s since 9/11

1. You are missing the entire point. There are many factors by which security takes into consideration. You can't just point to one factor and find fault with it.

2. I agree most private security is poorly trained......that doesn't mean the airlines are unable to better train their security....especially when their is incentive on their parts to do so.

3. Regardless of public/private, it is simply impossible to eliminate all risks that are present in the world.
