Many japanese CEO act in the same way as Mr Nishimatsu does... The staff of a business there is not only a machinery and a cost factor, it is rather a big family.
For me nearly every CEO action from western economies is a mere crime, sucking money by cancelling jobs while cashing extra payment, taken from their own employees, fom hard working and poor people. Compared to Mr Nishimatsu all you money dudes remain as silly thieves!
GIVE IT BACK TO THE STAFF OR FIND OUT THAT YOU CANNOT EAT MONEY!

I love the people from Hollywood that have visited me and talked about making movies about my life.
Today seven independent film makers who went to Pepperdine University met me at the Four Season Hotel over coffee and a great cigar.
I am scheduled to speak with them Monday morning.
They are amazed how foolish many are since HBO was so brave and daring and knew that opportunity with the American Patriot Jeff Fisher will be a winning and very profitable venture.
