WOW! Normally I don't go for neutrals either, I'm drawn to the bright colors and love bright looks. But these colors with your hair work perfect together, they are so complimentary!

And the way your bangs are styled is so cute! The way it pulls back from your face and then falls down. I'm a fan of bangs off the forehead, it makes you look more awake, and you can see more of the person's face.
