That's very rude and just makes u sound ignorant. This video wasn't made to show exercises, and just cleared up something i was confused about. I think it helps in showing people the truth, so they're not afriad of bulkiness when doing resistance training. And how bout u now find out what exercises r resistance and cardiovascular, and then you'll know what to do.
