  • "loose fat ON your legs"?, i thought you couldnt choose where to loose fat from, you just loose fat in general, there is no such a thing like loose fat on a specific place

    listen carefully holy crapp she jus said everything u need to noe, no need for hardcore reaserch, do cardio (jog, jump rope..) to burn the fat and strength training( lunges, squats, leg lifts, pilates, usng ur own body weight mostly) to tone and make them look good

  • Run on the treadmill and you will burn fat and not build muscle. So you can fit into those skinny jeans.

  • That's very rude and just makes u sound ignorant. This video wasn't made to show exercises, and just cleared up something i was confused about. I think it helps in showing people the truth, so they're not afriad of bulkiness when doing resistance training. And how bout u now find out what exercises r resistance and cardiovascular, and then you'll know what to do.
