Is it advisable to do a warm-up first beforehand? And how many minutes each day do you recommend in order to 'get rid of your gut'? Would 15 minutes a day be enough?

well actually, when you start practicing with kettlebells your balls turn into massive rocks of granite, so it's not an issue
