This is beautiful abhinaya, but I do not agree with the earlier comment saying kathak should not be too speedy. Kathak should have it all, speed, grace, abhinaya, power, rawness, softness. The whole spectrum is what makes kathak so amazing.

So wonderful to see these slow expressional pieces, just not enough of them. Kathak is more than fast footwork and spins, and sadly alot of people training in and performing Kathak now, are just doing the pure dance and fusion work aiming to WOW the crowd, expressional pieces like these are just so rare now. I was fortunate enough to see Sarswati Sen perform live, and her expressional pieces just move you to tears.
