He says they numb the Tongue.....if it's numb and swelling occurs you can't feel it and if it gets too big you can choke o your own Tongue. He is careful but numbing should be banned!!!!

@Trixedaytona Considering he has 34 years of experience, I'm sure the man knows what he is doing. And as you can tell by the video, he is quite skilled and quick with what he is doing. If your tongue swells excessively, you should be able to tell with the rest of your mouth or even by glancing in a mirror. I, myself, have yet to hear any stories of people choking on their own tongues after getting it pierced.

I have my tounge pierced done it about 8 years ago the only thing that hurt was the tong thing holding my numb tounge then after that it took over 2 and a half weeks to heal but the suffering was totally worth it id do it again.

When I got mine done I was only 14 but the guy didn't numb my tongue. It didn't even hurt the only time it had hurt was the day after. My tongue got so swollen but I was eating ice cream and yogurt for like 2 weeks. Numbing it is just gonna make that shit hurt even more cuz your not gonna know how it feels after the numbness wears off. Just take it from me... DONT NUMB YOUR WHEN YOU GET IT PIERCED!!

@valor465 I have a pierced toung and if u numb it will even feel woorse and so fucking horrible after cuz of the pain.. WHen the numbness ends all the pain will come at once and ul get fucked up..

still open? i wouldn't mind traveling to shreveport from mississippi to get pierced by someone with a lot of experience. i had a bad set of piercings. the guy had only 4 years but he was closer to us [NOLA]. learned my lesson. i had crooked angelbites, by the way. it was terrible.

it does not hurt at all. It;s such a sharp prick it will not hurt you. I have my tongue belly and had nipple done 3 times

it is not as bad as u would think i had mine done a bout 9 years a go the only thing is u will not be a ble to eat for a couple of days and no hot drink u look after it by washing your mouth with a good brand mouth wash but it is ok u get alot of attention by it though depending who u r talking to
