@Mantzerbation69 UPC alone can't track product freshness and doesn't track products that "walk out the door" without being paid for. RFID allows everything to be accounted for. The second someone walks out the door without paying for something security is notified. With only a UPC a thief would have to scan the bar-code as they walk out to notify security (I don't see that happening!). It also eliminates the possibility of someone scanning a cheaper Pepsi and taking a more expensive RedBull.
RFIDs employed in the right manner is actually a cool idea, but the power hungry and the greedy want to use RFID's to control and enslave! 666 Mark of the beast. Read about in the bible. Atheists stfu don't even comment!

ok so it uses RFID instead of a UPC? So other than that its just a U scan machine that most major retailers have had for years? sooo cutting edge...
