In my opinion, it is the cops that should enforce the laws on books and then judges should decide if the defendant's constitutional rights were violated by such laws. Judge's oath of office is to defend the United States Constitution - not his government. Legislatures frequently pass laws that are unconstitutional. Judges are there to figure it out, not to follow orders from the above.
Always ask the court to prove contract and to show proof of benefit to the public. Remember you are the public too, so the court has to make a judgement that will be of benefit to both parties.....

In my opinion, it is the cops that should enforce the laws on books and then judges should decide if the defendant's constitutional rights were violated by such laws. Judge's oath of office is to defend the United States Constitution - not his government. Legislatures frequently pass laws that are unconstitutional. Judges are there to figure it out, not to follow orders from the above.

Why would you complain to a small time judge about state and federal laws he is just doing his job. Have a problem with the law? Vote, petition, ect.... but that would be the Supreme Court and courts of the federal level. You just waste everybodys time with this crap. This gentleman boarded the ship, thus leaving all his rights of the land behind him, and now giving the captain (the judge) full governance over him. His constitution no longer applies to him. The roster outside the court room with the names is the ships passengers and it's manifest, there is a bar that this gentlemen crossed, and he then consented to board the ship.

admiralty jurisdiction=statutory jurisdiction. Ever wonder why the constitution is laughed at in lower courts? You cannot defend yourself in a different jurisdictional court.
Read UCC 1-207 & UCC 1-103. It's called Remedy and Recourse. If you understand these concepts you will understand how to retain your rights under statutory jurisdiction.

If you admit that you are a person and not a human-being with God given rights then you are screwing yourself from the start. A person is a legal fiction(corporation) created by a birth certificate in the US( underneath the US gov.) . All statutes made by the gov.(society) the person belongs to are implied to the person as a willful constituent of the Representative gov. The birth certificate is the person and if you admit at any point that you are that person, then it's all over.

Human beings don't have last names, they have a family name but that's it. exe. (BOB SMITH --- Bob of the Smith family.) Notice all letters of a person are capitalized on any birth certificate like a cooperation. A person drives a car, but a human-being travels. This is because driving is defined as transportation of commerce because the person is a place holder for bonds for the treasury(i.e. from the chartering of the person through certificate of birth) and is considered commerce.

Dear judge: sir , at nurumberg Germany it was decided that doing wrong to another person was a crime . An indiviual has a moral obligation that is not forfit by excuses like"I'm just doing my job "or "I was ordered to". It is up to you to say this mans rights overrule some unconsttutionle law.
