  • most minifigures in this vid are from the 90's!

  • yay Disney!!

  • That was good mouth movements! Very cool!

  • I did work on Lego factory in 1992 in Billund.

The film is very well done, great job...

  • I win

  • Really well done

  • LOL i am laghing even if i dont know what i am laghing at :)

  • I love skippy peanut butter it taste so good. so nice work : D

  • What the hell does that even mean?

  • That was really well done, very neato did you make it?

  • This was all animated by me. The audio is from actual vintage commercials from the '50s.

  • @1947Desoto

Cool, will you do any more three stooges lego parodys?

  • I might. Not anytime soon though as I have my animation final to work on for my class.

  • actually 1947 u tell the people that they did exist they came out like 1953 or something like that by a dutch company

  • This has already been discussed a hundred times already. Several people have already mentioned about the lego history.

  • that was awesome .

  • lol really well done

  • nice dude, this came out great

  • I think the peanut butter smelled different and taste different because it had salmonela in it.

  • In the 1950s?

  • Lego is not Dutch, but Danish:)

  • My mistake. Thanks for the correct information.

  • and nielsen the guy who created legos was dutch by mom is dutch she was around about when it was created well like 10 years after it was created

  • Amazing how many people complain of the historical innacuracy of this video. Looks like a lot of them don't know what a remake or parody is. Also, how could this video be from the 1950's if I made it in 2006?

  • lego was made or thought of in 1936 but they didnt have minifigures till quite a few years later

  • Lego was a Dutch toy company which started making toys in the 1930's. 1936 could be the correct year. The Lego blocks that we all know were introduced in the late '40s or early '50s. The modern Lego figures were introduced in 1978.

  • i got close enough.

  • 1 last thing the LEGO brick was made in 1953 i think

  • um like lego figures didnt um like come out til um like later dude...and um skippy peanut butter didnt use a sharpie to um write skippy on the jar...and legos arent black and white...

  • Looks like someone failed to read the description!

  • Actually my only failure is I am no good at satire.

  • Yes that is true because you are the 5th person to claim that this video is historically inaccuarate. Which is why the description explains that this video is a PARODY and was made in 2006 not the 1950's.

  • I must be really bad at it, because i was poking fun at the lack of intelligence these four posters had regarding your video even tho the description and comments were filled with the fact that it was a parody. My satirical skills were so bad in my original post that even the author of the video felt compelled to lump me in with the dense.

  • Had you said in your origional comment that you were making fun of the other 4 commenters then I would have understood the satire.

  • Interesting interpretations of these "classic commercials"...especially turning the "Ajax Pixies" into "Ajax Plumbers"!

  • good job!

  • the ajax part is the best

  • this isn't from the 1950's lego minifigs were invented in the 1970's

  • It's a parody of '50s commercials.

  • omg thats cool:D

  • woah

  • Great job!

  • Awesome!

  • You can find all the commercials on The Internet Archive.

  • i understand

  • yeah its fake, the models are from early 80's.50's films can not comply with that kind of standards of film making as far lego as concern.just look for the vid quality, its to fine for 50,s thanks by the way for the vid, it reminds me my childhood days. peace!

  • Glad you enjoyed the video. None of the Legos used in this video were from the '80s btw.

  • Hes right minifigures didn't come around till 1978 not in the fiftys

  • It's a parody.

  • This movie is a parody.

  • lol

  • wow 50 years in the making

  • where can i get the powerfuel song my mate hates it so i wanna annoy him more

  • I think someone posted it on youtube. If not then try the Internet Archive.

  • lol wen it goes up his nose it looks like crack

  • It's not. It's the sweet smell of peanut butter.

  • i know but its a cool ad but u gotta admit it does look like it though

  • girl on the ajax com. sounds like ELMO!

  • That voice actor did the voice of Rocky from Rocky and Bullwinkle.

  • That's June Foray!

  • u made it???

  • I re-animated the commercials if that's what you mean. I wish I could do old timey cartoon voices and narrations as well as score catchy jingles.

  • IS THIS REALLY A OLD COMMERCIAL

  • Read the description.

  • This is pretty cool!

  • Thats so awesome! Boomm-Boomm =D

  • MAGALING! MAGALING! MAGALING! (IN ENGLISH, VERY VERY GOOD), i collect old tv commercials, and I FIND YOURS VERY VERY CUTE USING LEGO BLOCKS WITH THE MATCHING SMILING FACES, although the sounds were not equalized but it's from 1958 obviously it's not gonna sound good, GOOD WORK, KEEP IT UP!!!!
