the punishment for drink driving is too harsh in england...if you hit something or someone then you should get a 12 month ban,but if you dont then you shouldnt get a ban.you should be given the option to provide a weekly blood samlpe at your expense...it would encourage the person not to drink.i guarantee alot of people would take that option

Hi shadowolf,

It was from the early nineties and filmed for the UK. If you look closely the it's obvious it was filmed in the UK and the car is a C-reg Vauxhall Cavalier (1986) a very common car to see around the time of filming.

I mainly used to see it in the cinema but did occasionally see it on TV in the run up to Christmas, but that was after 11pm or so.
