Here is another social program that WORKED..The U.S postal system..Since its reorganization into an independent organization, the USPS has become self-sufficient and has not received taxpayer-dollars since the early 1980s..Now please do not say well look at it now its going bankrupt..I Know..But the USPS was working fine and was creating a balanced budget for a number of years until the email was invented.
