the "computer" shouldn't be talking to the visitor. There should be a facilitator to answer question and to help separate those roles.

Nice prototype but it's really important when testing, not to lead the user by naming interface elements as they appear on the screen i.e. "now you want to PRINT", when there's a big print button on the screen.
