Brother , due to shortage of space here I can not reply to you a long answer,but I PM you a link where you can read about what Quran and Hadith says about Zikr. In this video they are saying " Allaho , Allaho", and the movement of the body is uncontrolled as these people are in WAJD ( trance).

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu) reports that Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) said that Allah Ta�ala says: "I am close to the thoughts of My servant. When he remembers Me I am with him. When he remembers Me in his heart, I remember him personally, and when he remembers Me in an assembly, I remember him in an assembly better than his". It is narrated in the Musnad of Ahmad (ra) that the Holy Prophet salalahu alayhi wasalaam said: "Udkhurullahu Hatta Yaqulu Majnun" = "Do so much rememberance of Allah the people declare you Mad".

In another riwaya: Abu Said al Khudri (ra) reported that the Blessed Prophet salalahu alayhi wasalaam said "Do so much dhikr that people declare you mad", (Abu Yala and Ibn Hibban). Both of whom declared it Sahih.

Assalamo alaykom, my litle brother. Anyone can do Zikr.There is no age limit fro zikr in Islam. After each prayer you can read Allahu Allahu as much as you like.

Salam brother.thats a very good sign mashAllah.certain zikrs definitely need permission from a spirtual guide(shaykh,murshid).however there are numerous zikr's which permission is given by rasulullah alayhi salatu wa salam in hadiths.all zikrs are good but the sufi ones are exactly for those who are about to explode my young muslim brother.

Thank you for your response Solid Sufi Ji, It would be great to learn more about & share each others experiences as I said this is very too similar to how we do Simran (Chanting of the holy word Waheguru). These people are blessed spending their time in Rememberance of God.

Indeed those who spend their time in remembramce of The Creator are fortunate. In the Holy book of Islam ,Allah says:

"For sure it is in the remembrance of God that the heart finds rest," (Quran 13:28)

Are you happy that your Bida is so deviant that even Kufaar mistake you for Sikhs? Brother I love you and all muslims for the sake of Allah and I wish that Allah has mercy on all of us and re-unites us in Jannah InshaAllah. Please do not do Dua to any Saint, Prohphet, or anyone other than Allah because to do so is clear shirk and leaves you outside of the fold Islam. If you can read and understand Arabic than read Surah al Jinn verse 18 till the end of the chapter.
