It's funny... Not many people get the meaning of this song.

It's called Give it up as in "applaud" and at the same time "It's over".

Both rappers diss and paise the other rapper in some form of a flattery/rap battle.

If you listen to the lyrics, RA the Rugged Man has sick flow, but J-Live just kills Rugged Man with his metaphors.

Great song, great showing from both rappers.  One of my favourite spits of all time.
