Well done!!! I'm pretty linear myself, but after watching Ron Meyers make teabowls decided to loosen up some. Actually, I think the older I get, the looser my pots become. Glad you got something outof the video. I enjoyed watching yours! Blessings-Tom

Hi Steve, Excellent video. I love the tea bowl.. I need one of those dowels so I can smack around my pots too :) Fantastic!

But seriously, I agree that the tea bowl is a great outlet for expression and artistic freedom. Once in a while, It's nice to make a pot and not strive for perfection.

I really like the style Steve, you should try it on some small bowls, what colour will the slip  be?

I added copper oxide to the slip so it should be green but I'm not sure. Its a bit of an experiment I have also raw glazed one of them with a clear glaze with 3% copper oxide and 3% bentonite added I'll post a result vid when the kilns cooled down
