@ MissMandyJay it doesn't have to be prenatal vitamins. It's the Vitamin B12 that makes you hair grow so you can just take them separately.

Your hair is beautiful. The prenatal vitamins are not what make pregnant women's hair grow thick. It is the pregnancy hormones that are running through your system that stop the normal hair shedding process. Temporarily. After you give birth, your hair starts to fall out again, and go back to it's regular state. I have had three children, and it happened eveytime. Any kind of multi-vitamins are good for you, your hair, nails, etc. They don't need to be pre-natal. ~Nina
