what does flipper motion do?

it instantly, goes back to its "out" or "in" position after it gets to the other ones. Its used for making the water look like its constantly moving down.

the gloves are the ones that come with the infamous costume. and I slapped my own custom sticker onto it.

you can make a water fall with that water, but you've got to be creative :P, maybe i'll upload a video of how to do it.
