The potatoes and the onion, once fried, are put and mixed into the shaked eggs, then you cook it in the pan and when one side is cooked you need to turn the omelete and cook the other side.
Agreed- In Spain, no cream is ever added nor are green onions. It is meant to be at least 1 inch in thickness. It is supposed to be cooked on each side. Not sure where this recipe came from but it's certainly not a "classic Spanish" omlette.
It would appear that she has not been t o Spain. What a disappointment. She should stick to things she really knows how to make like a "local"..she has more attitude than knowledge. It was not even close. Amateur.
