He wrote many poems in Sanskrit and his great collection is Geeta Govinda . his dedicated love to lord Jagannath is reflected in his songs and very nice to listen the song in a different style then Odissi Classical music . singer has a very sweet voice … Long live Jayadeva long Live Geeta Govinda !

It is indeed an ashtapadi -- you have split the words incorrectly and the song itself is incomplete (in the video as well). There are many accurate transcriptions of the ashtapadis which are part of the gita govinda -- which can be found on the internet. I commend your attempt though.
