for ultra combos you need to hit 3 punch/kick buttons at the same time. if you play with the joypad it should be R1/L1

Not 3 buttons at the same time.....for lets see...>Ken...you do the Anlog in quarter circle uppercut motion twice and press L1...that probably counts as 3 punches...works for me

yea after you do the motion quarter circle back (for sakura) twice and then press the 3 punch (kick for sakura) button which should be the L1 you get the ultra. that was my point. for ultra you need to press the 3punch buttons (or 3 punch buttonS)
