Not the best technique in the world. He's performing this exercise too quickly so he's not really maximizing results. The eccentric phase here lasts for maybe one second. If he controlled the movement and took twice as long (or longer) he would have better results.
@yotta2r Where is it that you actually don't understand? Concentric = fast --> good. Eccentric = fast --> gravity and elastic energy does the work. Porblems officer?
