Yes, I know it was 1992, but since I was 6 years behind on the gaming scene, and got this first in 1998 it may as well have been 1982. Sure it was the first mario kart, blah blah blah, but there are just plenty of games out on snes that are much better.
Well that's your personal oppinion about the game, doesn't make it less good. That's like saying Half-life sucked because you personally didn't like it.
The N64 was released in 1996, don't judge games if you missed out on the action. Fact still stands that MarioKart was and still is one of the best SNES games ever, performance wise the game allready pushed the limits of the SNES. I'm not assuming anything because i've based my argument on an objective point of view, unlike you.

Which is that this game wasn't very good.
Despite the fact that those games were around, I didn't get to experience or see them, so it's all the same.
