Well not to be a dick but usually you get signed when you right your own songs.. of if the industry thinks they can use your image to their benefit..

I say if you got real talent you dont do it to be signed, you take the independent route and just write music cause you have passion!

oh no man, not at all. for real. just trying to sincerely not come off the wrong way but let you know I pride myself on my originals, not my cover. i simply do covers to gain viewers/fans/listeners. like i previously stated, i find too often today a majority of the population likes to stick with what they like and are not willing to listen to unsigned artists.

Oh yea, i feel what your sayin... I dont think people listen to what they even like any more.. Music is such a trend now days.. (I gues its always been) but now days people wont listen to something cause they are afraid of how it may make them look (if that makes any since.) Not many people do their homework and discover independent artist.
