IMO this album was a shot at commercial pop. I was not at all receptive to this album when it first debut. It didn't help Kenny Jones either. We really shook our heads in disappointment .It was now the 80's and a lot of change was occuring. Thank god Pete shifted gears with his solo career. Starting with Empty Glass and then shortly followed up with All The Best Cowboys.The irony is now that time has passed, I actually have come to like and respect this album.

Aww....ever since I was a teen, I always said I would name my daughter ATHENA!! I loved this song in the 80's. I had 3 sons!!! Oh well, maybe i can convince one of them to name their daughter (if they have one) ATHENA!!!

Crikey, last time I heard this was in an amusement arcade in the early eighties, loved it then and love it now thought I was losing the plot because Inew it was them but have never heard it since?????Why is it though when I hear it Ipicture Roger Daltrey and a globe of the earth, maybe it was something to do with the video that came with it.

In all of those yrs when Fidel was a giant pain in the ass to the US, we could never even come close to toppling him. He outlived 5 Presidents, and still is alive today. Dont think song was talkng about him

These bombs were called "Little Boy" (Hiroshima) and "Fat Man" (Nagasaki).
I dont know wether they are referring to the Greek Godess, but Athena was the Greek Godess of Wisdom.
