  • @rihaNIII She's a 3 Time Golden Gloves Champion here in the States and believe me the training she gets is world class and thats why she and hundreds of others from around the world come to me for this type of training,,, but thanks for your opinion and comment:)

  • @NextTime4U she is wery good, fast hands, good condition and focused on target. but still I want from my boys in the gym to do body movment as much as posible. 4 or 5 punches and jump out if you know what I meen. no problem for opinion and comment. peace :)

  • I hate this rehearesed bullshit padwork, all arms and no waist movement it looks good yeah. But an opponent moves awaym the pads here are moving towards the shot and she is landing her shots with a bent arm, even on the jabs.

  • Reflex, timing, economy of motion, smoothness of motion, offensive and defensive attack and countering with Speed-Surprise-Agressive Action... cardio and punch count,, to name a few.. Thanks, Coach Rick

  • Thanks, I have been coaching for a few years now and really saw the benefits of the Maweather mittwork system so I decided to learn it on my own,, so over a two year period I watched and practiced the system

  • and after learning and using it with success with other fighters, I wanted to break it down, share it with other coaches and fighters all over the world, so they could learn it to, but in a much easier fashion with me explaining all the movements in my 2 disc DVD training series,, Thanks, Coach Rick
