@weer2334 it was very tiring and took much time... :) i used to be a varsity player in High School and we used that rule before..its really gonna tire your ass out...only the one serving could get a point. :) sometimes 21 points would bewasted just because of change service...heheheh

eventhough its only 15 point but only the server gets point---(if you are not serving and ur opponent hit the shuttlecock out, you dont get point, you only get to serve) 15 point might sound low to you but there are 3 set per game , if some win the first 2 then they are vitorious---- with the 15 point rule no1 know how long 1 game could last ---sometimes it could go for hours so they changed the rule

The shots played by a left hander like a slice or a cross court smash are usually more effective because of the way badminton shuttles are built with the feathers going over on the right side. when a right handed player strikes a shuttle, it has to spin the other way first.

the general design for the shuttle was made with sixteen feathers that curve over each other from the left. this is fact. it is also fact that when sliced, the shuttle spins much faster if done in accordance with the slicing motion. i have heard commentators comment on this before and have been taught to be aware of this when playing left handers by my coach as i play competitively. i dont know why they dont change the design of the shuttle. perhaps cost?
