  • get some larger plates, my back hurts just from watching that

  • Lots of disrespect in the comments. Big up to this old man for lifting at such an age.

  • He looks more like 70

  • Hopefully you've fixed his form by now. For the sake of his back. =[

  • it hurts event watching that bad technique

  • Pretty terrible form.

  • very impressive for the age

  • he did that so fast, he could definitely do more

  • He flexes his biceps after deadlifting? I didn't know you used your biceps to deadlift..

  • @Hunterhxc You use nearly every muscle in your body to deadlift. Yes, it works your biceps to some extent.

  • @cormegaful Yeah, and you can even tear your bicep deadlifting. That's what I did.lol

  • 250 *pounds im guessing?

  • his cock got in the way of barbell.

  • That Mustache.

    That Beard.

    That Confidence,

    Working out with Son.

    This is happiness.

  • heyyy its the old man from TEKKEN!!!!

  • Good job keep at it!

  • That's impressive being that they aren't using anything but that tiny as erector msucle in their backs :O

  • did he say "jew" right after the lift?

  • WOW!

    Sigmund Freud pumps iron?

  • horrible form

  • whoa! rounded back. i wish to be that strong when i am at that age though. damn.

but the back. neutral spine pls!

  • The end was hilarious.

  • this is the only time in history that somone will look into an old mans coffin

    and be waaay jealouse

  • Not 250...

  • @adamennis999

    Actually it is.

  • @adamennis999 each of the blue look like it's probably a 25 lb. weight. Count 'em up and you get 8, meaning there's 200 lbs. there alone. It's not an olympic bar, so probably 20 lbs, and then a 15 lb black plate on either side.

  • redneck workouts!

  • Worlds smallest barbell?

  • Iam 52...very impressive

  • looked like he couldve curled that if he wanted to

  • damn lol time to invest in a new weight set and time to learn better form

  • HERNIA!!!!!!!!

  • 0:11 lol

  • The man's in top shape. His back is strong, and that's what matters for lifts like this.

  • whats the point of lifting that heavy, even just once. nice way to fuck all ur back shit up

  • @A27media to build strength of skeleton, tendons, ligaments and muscles. thats all.

it actually makes your back stronger.

whats the point of being a weak pussy?

  • @A27media

250lbs isn't much for deadlift, most people can do a LOT more and it's safe if done right. I'm a volunteer firefighter going into medical so it's actually extremely handy to be in good shape for both the fire fighting and caring for overweight or obese people. If someone weighing 400lbs goes down what are you going to do to get them back up? Hope there's someone around strong enough to help? Wishin and hopin is a lousy way to live.

  • @Fishyflabs

The deadlift is an extremely usefull excercise. However I wouldn't say it's safe to do on a regular basis.

Many people get injured or develope back problems because they do deadlifts too much, it pays to consider the stress it puts on your back and take rests from the lift.

I can totally see how deadlifts would make you feel more confident on the job, it's...well awesome knowing you can pick heavy people up thanks to deadlifts

  • loved it. btw if you have a spare set of locks you could put them on the bar inside the weight so you can move the weight right to the end of the bar. should be easier to balance with it like that

  • @leeboy29680

Thanks, that's a great idea! I do have a "proper" bar now though.

  • looking good.

  • hes arching his back! for someone his age he should keep it straight (and tighten abs) or it would end up bad :S. cheers anyway :]

  • its dangerous for him to not hold his back :/ gotta hold your back to not get injuries

  • He did that easy. Not the best form but look how low the bar is. That is an odd bar by the way.

  • @ChaggyD

We didnt have an olympic sized bar at the time, so we used a small bar for bench pressing :-)

  • NOT BAD FOR SOMEONE 80 YEARS OF AGE. RIDICULOUS POSE AT THE END

  • The the spontanious pose at the end was funny as hell.

    And shouting jew.

  • fit dad and again my advice to you to make a hormone level test <:

  • That's so good all though all you're using is your lower back.

  • dAMN hes old but i give props

  • wow kernal sanders is pretty strong for his age.

  • He's 250 years old and he's lifting 52 pounds...it's an honest mistake in the title.

  • @dogley1 haha thats an old comment but fuk i laughed hard cheers man

  • Did he just shout Jew?

  • @hillninja lmfao.

  • very impressive :)

bravo, now I know I am not going to mess around with him. lol

  • everybody hopes to be this good at that age ;)

anyway I think you could use a longer barbell.

  • nice dude, hope im in that good condition at 52

  • How did he not throw his back out? he didn't even use his legs... lol

  • @ironbull2003

because deadlift is a back workout

  • @Vincentm444 lmfao!!!! okay dude.. be my guest and next time you max out, don't use your legs at all, just use your lower back...

    fucking idiot

  • @Vincentm444 deadlift is a total body lift...you use EVERY muscle in the lift...legs...back...tricep forarms..get your facts straight bro

  • nice, but he looks like 72 :p

  • @GERbOdYbUiLdEr lol....I'll see how much he can still lift 20 years from now and post another video.
