@TspesVladD There aren't any other stops in Elmwood Park besides this stop, maybe you're confusing this stop with Mont Claire? (which is about 2 blocks east of Harlem, but within Chicago city limits) This is at 75th Ave.(platform goes to the west of this street, and this vid shows the train crossing 75th Ave. towards Chicago), and inbetween Grand Ave and Marwood Ave(runs south of the tracks).
I'm not sure, but definitely know that it is not a Nathan K5LA horn. This one sounds very similar to ones that are used on South Shore Line railcars, interestingly.
