Prayer also works well. takes up 2 bubbles with water element. i got it from a polwigle

if you want to level your mosnter really fast, its useful if you are close to the end of the game. stronger enemies will give you more exp, more exp means faster leveling for your monsters and they will just gain a level after every battle (when you finish a battle with your mosnter at lvl 1 it would skip a few levels.

aanyway, what i used to do to level my monster was using the arena, that will level your monsters and u win manuscirpts.

set up a team of 4 strong monsters, all possibly lvl 35+, then start going for the monsterfights in the arena. those are pretty easy to win, if you can beat the first rang (monster under lvl 40 only) then u can beat the others up to gold aswell (and besides level your monsters even higher and get manuscripts u can use to level em up even higher). then just repeat doing the gold modus, til you got your team strong enough to beat the special mode (pretty hard at first).

if your monsters can beat the special one, then you can just lay back and repeat it time and time again and watch your monsters own and get you mroe and more rainbow manuscripts (100000+ exp whoop) :p

btw, if your monster evolved to the highest form, then giving it one rainbow manuscript will push it from lvl 1 to lvl 45 (no clue why, but fully evolved monsters need less exp).

You have to go to a Katz member, select "Cooking" and make a meal for them.

Easy. Put the ones you don't want in the guild (Press C in the monster party or switch monsters from the guild if you didn't know how). Then, in the guild, press C to "Part" with the monster(s) you don't want. You should be smart enough to read the bottom of the screen or when you first visited one.

After a long while,

Accelerate + Technical 2 + Havoc Strike (w/ the Fire-Elemental Core Skill) was my method of choice. Echo Tracer was a damn good weapon for use early on.

figured this out a while ago. It is way easier to do it with one of Emils elemental attacks cuz they just are faster then Martas casting.

Oh my god!!! That was the best one. When someone used magic a circle of magic appears on the ground. When its color, lets say fire, Havoc Strike would turn into Burning Havoc, Somewhat like what it is now. But It looked cool when you did it cuz the camera zoomed in on you if you were playing by yourself. You be getting into and stuff. And there was an archer!! Oh my god, so far I like ToA better that Symphonia 2 because of the players you can play with. Symphonia 2 only gives you 2 ppL. -_-

Let the monsters attack help a lot to strengthen pacts

Personally, I prefer to spam Emil's attacks, Ventus + Phoenix Rush are particularly effective. Just run away from the action and fire away. (of course, you have to go and turn off all of your wrong-element attacks first though)

It doesn't matter what element it is....though having a monster with the same element or type as the monster you just captured will make joining a lot more easier. The easiest for me was put all characters on hold but Emil change his setting to manual and just use the movie phoenix rush a bunch of times until all of the elements are grass elements lol

I hope you dont mind if I answer your question. Well once it says that your monster is ready to evolve all you have to do is give it something to eat. Go to your nearest Katz Guild and cook it something then it should give you the option to evolve it.

I actually found that Fiend Fusion wsa better than havoc strike, because it was a little faster, but it takes a while to get the core for it

Yes, Monsters can evolve more then once. My ghost has evolved 4 times.

Yeah... It sucks when they evolve... And as a tip. Don't level them up until you HAVE to. That way, you get lots of stats. After sticking a Asrai to lvl 100 and getting back to Merrow, it gets 600 P Def... LOL At level 1.

when you form a pact how does strengthening the pact magic work exactly? Does it have something something to do with what element of the monster you use to make the pact magic stronger?

if your grid is water or something i thnk you should use a water monster? but in this case he used water as the grid and the wolf because both the wolf and the chimera were dark, not really sure just try to match all 3 ( monster, grid, and your monster together to get best chance)

u know that u can use the skill ventus and use phoenix rush over and over again, cuz it takes up a circle as a wind element.. if u don't want to hit the guy, just run around using the move until u have all the circles u need

when it gets to a certain level, therell be some kind of orange thing on its pic in the status screen. when that happens, go to the katz guild and feed it something it likes. It should evolve, unless it needs a special item equiped, but that still hasnt happened to me yet
