@HCshedevilNL Personally, I don't think it matters what time of day you work out, but I like to get it over with in the morning so I'm ready for the rest of the day. :) - Bex

thanks for the feedback! I'm adding a couple videos today that will show my favorite hand-weight exercises and their proper form for maximum results. over time you should increase intensity by adding heavier weights... muscle burns up to 30x more calories than fat!
I usually do my Tabata AS my warmup or after my regular weight-training routine, but I always make sure my muscles are warmed up with stretching. Check out this site for a thorough answer: tabataprotocol [dot] com

I lost 9 pounds just doing these exercises that u do. Im only 11 and I love doing these things. You should make a vid on kid exercises.
