i like those cars but they r a bitch to work on thats the only reason i dont get one.and also to fix the window motors they r fucken sad i fixed my brotheres camaro window motor and it was a bitch basically you gotta gut all the inside and remove it and install it outside it sucks.
wow i have an electric cutout in that same spot looks to be the same brand also i thought i had the only car that had just 1 cutout halfway back i guess not..
an ls1 with a aftermarket throttle body makes no difference unless you have a an aftermarket intake and no im not talking about cold air either, plus the sway bar was a waste of money unless you like to take high speed curves, just sayin i got a 99 z
I agree with Beastchevy. Thats one of the first things I did to my 98 Z28. Bilstein shocks, eibach springs, strut tower brace, sub frame connectors, torque arm, control arms, panhard rod, and front and rear sway bars are what I changed with mine. It handles amazingly. Almost no body roll at all.
nothing needs fixed my 2000 z28 does the same thing, but my brothers 02 z28 doesnt seeing as it has spohn sway bars and bilstien shocks. the suspension is one of the first things you should upgrade on these cars in my opinion.
i already have aftermarket parts from spohn performance. i bought rear lower control arms, both sway bars, torque arm, subframe connectors and a-arms and a strut tower brace. In your opinion, what else do i need to put in the car suspension wise?
thats a cool camaro. I have a question. When i punch it in my ls1 camaro when the car is already rolling at around 40 mph and going straight in a dry smooth pavement, my car wants to slide or the tail wants to move to one direction but luckily the traction control steps in. What do you think might be the problem or needs to be fixed?
The thing that opened and closed is an exhaust cutout, they are used to keep exhaust noises down when closed and when opened can let the full potential of the exhaust take shape...Their nice to have when you have a cammed v8 with alot of power....
They are great on gas he was just almost out of it. If you have it modified right you could be getting 30 mpg with 400+ rwhp.

that may be the suspension, you should replace the whole suspension parts

you could adjust your pinion dept , and the car would spin straight
