Midori lived with her coach's family and grew up there since she was a little kid, so her coach Machiko Yamada was basically for Midori her second mother. She was mischievous at home and in this footage they showed two instances when she was serving Ms. Yamada a cup of heated sake (Japanese rice wine) but had secretly mixed/was mixing sake with hot water with about 50-50 ratio, Ms. Yamada knew it and was smacking her. It's all done in a congenial atmosphere, no abuse or anything.
