  • I agree with the precision and detail! It's sooo easy to get wrapped up in it and then when you take it all in, it seems too rigid. I try to remind myself to let it flow

  • Honestly I think the influences of Jim Lee and Art Adams can actually be a bad influence. I think its so important if your trying to achieve great life in your drawing to look at artist who are not stiff. Human beings are made out of flesh and blood not plastic. Comic artist in the 90s tended to make the characters hard and machine like. The great Disney animators like Milt Kahl Ollie Johnston always drew with life. Frazetta and Buscema I think are also are great comic artist to learn from.
