  • @ghanmy I haven't tried making a sweater yet but I imagine 4 flat panels would complete the body and the sleeves are knitted in the round as well as the collar. That is something I could look into. Thanks.

  • how many rows is like the blue and black? how many rows cuz i would like to make a scarf like that....... do i need a row counter?

    ty!

    ♥Sasukesgirllover103♥

  • to be honest, I just use the ruler and decided 7-8 inches on the colored and about an inch on the black yarn. It all depends your leftover yarn. Sometimes one ends up with too much leftover yarn that you just wanna use them up to make room for more yarn that you buy! I don't think they sell a row counter for this machine but you could put in an inch of yarn as a marker for every x number of rows. Happy Knitting!

  • OMG!!!! ty! plus im getting mine maybe tomorrow if mail will hurry up! i love the scarf! very pretty colors♥! I CANT WAIT TO TRY THIS MACHINE!!!!!!!!!!! u make it look so fun! :) ☺☻

    ♥ it!

  • omg i have the same knitting machine

  • Have you ever tried using a yarn swift so it would be easy to feed the thread? I'm going to purchase this machine tomorrow and im really considering using a yarn swift with it. Oh by the way my first knitting machine was the same as yours the one from mattel :D

  • I don't remember if I have tried swift but what I do know is that if there is some resistance despite all my efforts, I don't push it as I don't want to wreck the machine. But each yarn is different. Moonligh mohair by Lion was a difficult yarn but I managed. Use yarn that doesn't have too many "bumps" or those fancy yarn with too many different threads. The mattel was a good brand. My giant knit knit broke yesterday so I am looking for another 22 needle machine. Happy Knitting!

  • OMG that is amazing!

could u tell me where i can get that machine?

  • I got mine at Target. You could order it online. HSN also sells it. You might like to check too your local craft store like JOANNs fabric. Thanks!

  • thank you so much...

    happy new year!

  • You can get the machine on Ebay and Amazon.
