@TheMrAds for the pull ups try using an assisted machine... and for push ups just do em on your knees.. you may think its a bit girly but whatever you'll eventually find them easy and move up to regular push ups, then like one legged and just keep progressing when you find the easier
This guy has a great body, no doubt; however, his workouts should not be followed to a tee in hopes of gaining muscle and losing fat. He's clearly genetically gifted, and he can probably do whatever he wants and he'll look like that. His workouts are pretty random, with no real progression for muscle mass.

i do it once a week, but cane myself when i do. getting a hot set of abs isn't so much about the ab exercise itself, it generally depends on your nutrition and cardio! focusing and controlling these elements first is the way to go, usually the workout is the last thing to focus on.
yo is this good.. i lost weight now im lean and i wanna get ripped but i still got do some cardio cuz im 15% body fat , i wanna be 10%. so is this a good idea?
