Hi, i have the same webcam as you you click on the webcam tool at the bottom of your page were your time is and right click and click of open propety page then click on B/W mode so its off and then you are done. Simples
I have the same fucking problem, but I think is the computer, becuase MSI Starcacm 370i show colors on the computer of the technician and other comuter more. But anyways I think is a defect of manufacture. I love you !
Try look for something called saturation, if your saturation is always at the bottom that means it drains all the colour if you put it to the top it puts all the colour back in, hope this helps :)
Maybe turn off everything that has to do with night vision or anything that enhances the image. Many webcams can improve video by switching to black and white. I know my comment is 7 months after the fact but it dose look like your cam is filtering out color to improve quality.

Сегодня взял себе MSI StarCam Clip. Ужасная камера.. Коричневое отображает как голубое. Все цвета наоборот. Завтра понесу ее обратно...

Yeah saturation or just contact the company and ask if it didn't had a infared filter
