@eman5311 hm yeah. i spend hours on both games. The campaign and storytelling in wc is way better than sc2 handled it. I mean they changed jim raynor into a whole different person and you´re doing nothing in half of the campaign.

Additionally mods like dota + the normal multiplayer from wc3 were at least equal. It´s just that the game is older :).

It made blizzard one of the biggest names in the RTS scene. Warcraft 2 was one of the best all time rts and that preceded SC in fact the early beta of SC looked a lot like warcraft 2 in many ways before becoming the game we all know and love now.
