I think that it has something to do with growing pollution. I mean we have 2 headed, extra limbed animals.Why cant this happen? some strange case of mange, some type of dog mutated over generations. The "chupacabras" are probably (in some cases) a hybrid animal with mutations. As for the kangaroo looking ones, they might be some species of wallaby, or kangaroo someone imported illegally to TX, and they mutated and bred.Creating a population (as from the way the sightings are mostly in TX and MX)

When you look at a close-up of its head, there are strips of black@white hair, like a rooster comb on top of its head and in its neck with a very sharp edged transition to the short white fur.

Also on the middle of its back there is a star like dot of long hairy fur.

This looks like a shaven animal to me with some unshaven spots left, maybe put on the road like that to see how the world would react, who will tell.

Black@white in 'full fur' with this size, a badger comes close.

Judging by the size and those claws, it's probably a Badger that somehow lost the majority of its fur. It'd be interesting to know how it lost that much of its fur though.

Perhaps some insect fauna there specializes in consuming only fur for some reason? Maybe someone skinned it and threw it in the road just for the hell of it? I don't know.

I can't believe one of those would be found that far north. Over the last 10 or so years I've really seen the animal population shift in Minnesota. Wild turkeys were never here, now you can find them as far north as Brainerd, MN. Same thing with rattle snakes; you can find them now as north as St. Paul along the Mississippi. I think I need to move to WInnepeg.
