how come i can only sing while music is going on? whenever theres music i can sing fine, but without music i just cant sing i dont know why, i might just be nervous.
this is a very broad explanation and I understand why based o the question, but to be more precise, "breaks" in the voice happen more so because of unbalanced compression on the vocal folds. Balancing out airflow eliminates "breaks" or having to cover up of soften passaggio notes.
The mindset of bringing the sound down as you go up in pitch is a smart one and one I use with all my students. "Think down as you go up".

I Practiced Singing , your tricks are really helping me
but everytime i try to get to those high notes i feel a vibration in my throat
it feels like im sick and my voice is running out or drying out on those high notes
please help me out
