The gullet needs grinding just like the whole profile of the tooth. stress cracks in the bottom of the gullet are formed while cutting and if they aren't taken out they only get deeper.

@GuateChecho There is a Dvd that coms with the sharpener, also it has directions on how to sharpen the teeth and how to grind the back side of the teeth.

How do you sharp the back of the thoot? I mean you are doing well whit the inside but is there a way to sharp the back of it? Thanks im planing to buy one
