I think the government in many ways created our current health care problems by injecting tons of cash into hospitals through federal programs causing prices to rise. normally I can't stand Bachmann but I was delighted to hear her speak about the census in that way. She makes an interesting point on health care. I think the government in many ways created our current health care problems by injecting tons of cash into hospitals through federal programs causing prices to rise. I can't think that doing more of that will make it better. But the current system is terrible and needs to change

It does not say anywhere that you cannot purchase private health coverage.It states that if you have private coverage you can keep it. And just like Car Insurance, it requires you to be covered.
