xinjia yilu? looks like it for the most part dunno if its good or not but i liked it.

Yes, a lot of Xin Jia Yi Lu. But also some moves of the 56 and Xin Jia Er Lu in the last section of the form.

Yes, for most demonstration, mixed forms like this one are used. Imagine: the 83 forms is longer than 10 minutes, too long for a demo.
