It'd be a little more easier for me to help you if you told me what you'd done. Have you googled for it? Have you got the necessary emulator and mod needed? Have you applied the mod to the rom? Have you tried drawing a rainbow to test?
If you haven't got started at all; you need a specific emulator. Once you have it, and a rom, you need to have the mod for it. Load the rom in the emulator, and then load the mod. Should work.
