Hello Dave. I am a big fan. I love the way you play the piano, and i have read on your desciption that you first startet at 37 of age! That is amazing. I am 17 years old and i have played the piano in one year. I play by ear, but i want to be better. How did you practise? Do you have any good advises?

My idea was learning to read piano scores, so that I have access to all the beautiful compositions. I do it very systematic in the order of the keys. 1#, 1b, 2#, 2b etc...

The most important thing is to find tunes that you like and which have the appropriate level, so that you are demanded but have a good chance to succeed. If I would take to heavy staff, I would loose motivation very soon. Be patient and enjoy even small success.
