Damn straight. The music there is balls to the wall type stuff that fits perfectly for hardcore training. Best part, you can grunt, cuss, spit, anything to get that weight up. You can also slam dumbells and toss weights. Fitness Centers look down on that.

dude I know exactly how you feel. I work out at an LA fitness(unfortunately) in a houston suburb. Today I saw these skinny high school kids who were doing curls(go figure) with like 20 lb dumbbells, struggling to get it up, using their back, etc, then flexing in the mirror.
