i grew up in white plains my whole life, and still live here now. Stan Ipcus was actually a substitute teacher for some of my classes in highschool. Hearing his stories of him and matt, and how you can turn something around like matt did is truly inspirational. You couldnt possibly pick a better person to represent White Plains.
